I am writing to share my feedback on the cap I recently purchased.
While the material and overall build quality seem good at first glance, the actual experience has been disappointing. The cap does not maintain a stable fit — it keeps shifting or turning when worn, forcing me to constantly readjust it, which is quite frustrating.
Additionally, the “Never Stop Playing” logo/patch is cross-stitched and misaligned, which affects the overall appearance and reflects poor finishing quality.
Paying ₹1200 for a cap, I did not expect such issues in fit and detailing. At this price point, I expect better quality control, proper stitching, and a secure, comfortable fit.
I request you to look into these concerns seriously and improve both the design and finishing standards.
