- Original condition: All safety plastics, button locker, authenticity cards, and box must be intact.
- No damage: The watch must be scratch-free and in unused condition.
- Return window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if any of these conditions are not met.

First of all I want to thank UM team for their premium packaging and for their most premium product the fact that the watch INBTWN LOOP Model is really exceeds not only my expectation but my first experience the thing is this is not just a watch but a feeling and really making and having Limited edition is another chef kiss the fact that I previously buy one of the product from UM and I knew that this product won't disappoint me and well they didn't people who are exploring more like the look and aesthetic go for it but you guys need to hurry up the Limited Edition won't be long✌😉

Im sure im not the only one falling in love at first sight for this amazing watch. It's worth the money spent when discounts applied. One concerning issue for me would be their choice of not including the authenticity card this time around. It would've been appropriately expected by a loop customer to get the auth card so as to verify its credibility and authenticity. Also I'm extremely eager for the launch of the accessories that will be soon launched for this watch. An amazing purchase as per me♡!!!
