As a loyal customer who admires your brand, I believe such delays and changing promises reflect poorly on the professionalism expected from a reputed company like yours. Clear and consistent communication is crucial for maintaining trust with your customers. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the reliability of your updates.
