Good product
Very disappointing experience with Urban Monkey. I ordered a cap, but I was not satisfied with the color and build quality, so I raised a return request well within the 7-day return period.
However, the pickup was never completed. Every day, I was told that the pickup would happen “tomorrow,” but nobody actually came to collect the product. After repeatedly delaying the pickup, they finally told me that the return period had expired.
This is completely unfair to the customer. I raised the return request within the allowed time, and the delay was from their side, not mine. Customers should not be penalized because the company failed to arrange the pickup on time.
Very poor return service and customer support. I expected much better from Urban Monkey. I would not recommend buying from them if you expect a hassle-free return experience.

“Urban Monkey baseball cap looks stylish, feels comfortable, and gives a cool streetwear vibe.”
I bought my hat because I liked the color, but when it arrived, I was disappointed because the color wasn't as advertised. It's a very shiny, light color. I don't feel comfortable with it.
Getting my own Urban Monkey cap now helps me understand the hype around the caps of this brand. Extremely good quality and great style collection.
