Featuring a PVC horizontal branding patch and woven label, this belt is both stylish and functional. It includes a durable nylon webbing strap, powder-coated D-ring for quick adjustments, a matte black cobra buckle, and a sternum clip to keep the belt secure and tidy. The D-ring facilitates easy adjustment of the belt length, while the sternum clip ensures the loose end is neatly secured.

So as it Suggests It can be Used as a MULTI-PERPOSE do i have to buy the CARABINER_001 / CONNECTOR_001 in order to use it as a Multi Perpose Tool?

2nd Does The Buckle Quality is Same As Your Older Belts Used To Be? (Love those belts istg)

The multi purpose belt 001 can be used as a waist belt as well as a sling to connect the UM Systms bags.
To use it as a waist belt, you don't need any other parts. To use it as a sling on the bags, you need to get the connector 001.
