Gifting feedback

Hi! I genuinely love your products, which is why I chose your brand for a special gift. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

The gift was beautifully wrapped and sent, but the personal letter I had specifically included to be packed along with it was missing. That note was a huge part of the gift, and without it, the entire sentiment and joy of gifting were lost.

It may seem like a small oversight, but it made a big difference to the recipient’s experience. Honestly, this has left me very disappointed, and I’ll definitely think twice before choosing your brand for gifting again. I hope you take this feedback seriously so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

I ordered a gift from Urban Monkey, but the experience was both funny and disappointing. The gift wrap looked cheap, and to my surprise, the parcel had the price of the gift wrap clearly mentioned — ₹100. Even the wrap charge was printed on the gift itself! So the person receiving the gift also got to know exactly how much I paid for wrapping. That completely takes away the surprise element.

On a side note, we also provide ERP support and implementation services that can help streamline such processes and avoid these small but impactful issues. Out of curiosity, may I know which ERP system you are currently using? If possible, we’d be happy to present our solution to you.
