Dear Urbon Monkey Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order (Order ID: 10001693605), which I placed on 18 February for a shirt and a jacket. It has now been 14 days, and I still have not received my courier.
I contacted the Delhivery courier service, and they informed me that there is a payment issue between them and Urbon Monkey (the seller). Because of this issue, my parcel has not been delivered.
I have already emailed your team multiple times over the last 2–3 days, but I have not received any response from your side. This lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing.
I have been purchasing from Urbon Monkey for the last 4–5 years, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with your service. Such delays and poor customer support are not expected from a brand like yours.
I request you to please resolve this issue immediately and provide a clear update on my order status.
If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the complaint further.
