Im sure im not the only one falling in love at first sight for this amazing watch. It's worth the money spent when discounts applied. One concerning issue for me would be their choice of not including the authenticity card this time around. It would've been appropriately expected by a loop customer to get the auth card so as to verify its credibility and authenticity. Also I'm extremely eager for the launch of the accessories that will be soon launched for this watch. An amazing purchase as per me♡!!!

The design is really cool. Perfect for streetwear and it will stand out.
But for practical use the display is very faint, the analog part is not properly visible and the laser etched pattern in only visible when the lighting conditions are good. The quality of the display is also not very good.
It should capture and reflect light. The lower part of the watch. I was misguided by the image of the advertisement.

All was good until i open the box, even the box was good but packing was cheap in a plastic cover could be more nice and premium since it was a collection for me. I have to take care more of it.

The light is not emitted from lower dial. The advertisement says other wise. Very disappointing
Loved it so much that I bought multiple of these. Two small issues - (1). the 'What's in the box' section of this webpage shows Loop inclusions, not specific to Inbtwn, so attention to detail could have been 100%, same inside the box - it shows a loop strap, whereas the metal watch has a metal bracelet and not rubber strap which is incorrectly the card that has been sent inside the inbtwn box. (2). green lumen advertising is misleading!
The pre order pdf booklet that was sent was just amazing. This brand has good taste. :) let's go after CASIO!

I want to return that product
To the Urban Monkey Team,
I am following up on my previous communication regarding the issues I noticed when this watch first arrived. I explicitly mentioned then that the watch felt problematic. Today, during the very first time I wore it out, my fears were confirmed: the watch fell off my wrist entirely.
I want to emphasize how dangerous this is. I am a motorcycle rider; had this watch failed while I was on the road, the ₹8,000 I invested would have been destroyed or lost instantly due to your manufacturing defect.
It is unacceptable that I flagged a concern upon delivery and was still left with a defective product that has now physically failed. This is not just a quality issue; it is a failure to provide a functional product after being warned of a defect.
At this stage, I am not looking for a "repair." I am requesting:
A complete replacement with a unit that has undergone a thorough quality check.
Or a full refund, as I no longer have confidence in the structural integrity of this model.
I have already documented the failure. Please provide a prepaid return label and a timeline for my resolution immediately.
