The bottom two analogs are not working. 1 am currently in Russia and cannot return it because I bought it in India and currently in Russia so i cannot return the order from here. So disappointed.

A beautiful watch ⌚

Watch is really good. However once we ordered, if we have any doubt to get the support is very difficult. No WhatsApp button, no updates are shown in Shopify. Only way is we trust urban monkey and wait for the product arrival. Or we ourselves need to check the updates. Website experience need to make better

Very disappointed with Urban Monkey’s delivery service. My order was scheduled, but no delivery agent contacted me and I didn’t receive any proper notification. Without any call or update, the delivery was delayed/cancelled.

This is very unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service needs serious improvement. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves their delivery management.

Was taken by the artsy look of the watch, would have loved to own the orange version regardless the neon yellow works just as fine. Lower rating though is for the customer service, didn't send out a single notification post purchase and since no updates had to follow through, the wait can be nerve-wracking and needs improvement especially for an up and coming brand selling limited edition art watches.

This watch definitely grabs some eyes with the funky colour that pops from your wrist, style of dails and overall design are loved. Unique and standout while still being simple. Just feel anxious if i would get it damaged easily with dauly use.

I recently received my Urban Monkey watch, and I must say—the product itself is absolutely stunning. The design, build quality, and overall look of the watch are excellent and truly reflect a premium, high-end brand. In terms of the watch alone, I’m genuinely impressed.
However, my experience beyond the product has been quite disappointing.
First, the Urban Monkey app is not user-friendly at all. There were no email, WhatsApp, or SMS updates regarding order confirmation, shipment, or transit. As a customer, this lack of communication creates unnecessary confusion and anxiety.
Secondly, the app does not display proper order tracking details. It only shows “fulfilled” or “unfulfilled” status, with no in-transit updates or detailed order information, which is very basic and expected from a brand of this level.
The biggest disappointment, however, is regarding the unique watch code. I specifically ordered the watch with the code 777, which was one of the main reasons I placed the order and waited in the VVIP slot. Unfortunately, the watch I received has the code 608, which is completely different from what I selected. This defeats the entire purpose of choosing a unique, limited number and feels extremely unfair.
For a brand that positions itself as exclusive and premium, such lapses in order management, communication, and fulfillment are unacceptable. While the product is excellent, the overall customer experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
