zipper issue

zipper don’t work. they keep on opening. the bag quality is good but the zippers do not close which makes this bag useless.

Amazing bag ......premium looks

Good 👍 👍😊

🫶😊💎

The quality of bag is very superior but functioning of zip is very inferiior

Urban Monkey laptop is very superior in terms of looks and quality but what makes them at back foot is functioning of zips. I replaced the bag but faced same issue again. I also consulted local who repairs bags and zips they said the zip will be replaced but i dont to go replace it because of zips it is looking fab.

Laptop Bag // 001

The zip of the laptop bag failed 😞 in just 3 days of buying it. Didn’t expect this quality or issue with UM. Disappointed

Needs Attention

When will it be back in the stock. I need it right now

Need your attention!!

It definitely pisses off a customer when you mark the product as sold out some time after its launch. I mean, all these strategies used to be good, probably 4-5 years back, but I don't think they have any leg to stand on in twenty twenty-five, and especially in times where quick commerce is the new thing. The customer is not going to wait for your product. They would probably choose someone else's, just like me, so all this hype for what? I guess the brand needs to change the way they have positioned themselves - I mean basic 101, either remove the listing from the website or get the product in stock. So, Mr founder, even after growing the brand to such high numbers, if you are still facing inventory issues, then trust me, you still have a long way to go.

Hey Dan,

We hear you! This bag is already back in production — we let our factories take their time so every piece comes out perfect. That means it takes a little longer, but it’s worth the wait. Restocking very soon 🔥

Good quality but compact

Loved the quality provided, but the size is a bit compact and the structure doesn't expand like other bags. Also I would have liked if UM had provided some coupons, at least for the first purchase
