quality and finishing is not as expected

Purchased 2 caps, both of them are not as expected the quality is bad and stitching is not correct , they are not good for the price. The return option is not available, when i was trying to reach out to the customer service via whatsapp, they are not responding . very disappointed with the product and the service.
