Want exchange of product, but opened stitch, otherwise great product.

I ordered army green colored XXL Hoodie, got faulty piece with Dehiscent stitching. I just need this one replaced but couldn't navigate through your website portal so had paste it here.

Talking about product I really liked it , warm- nice fit, color as displayed. Can be easily layred with other clothing. 👍
