After spending over 1 lakh INR on this brand over the last couple of years, you'd at least expect that they cared about loyal fans but clearly this isn't the case. You spend 13k on this mystery box and expect to be wowed but you're left wanting for more. Even though each one comes with the ENTIRE WORLD_SML+MED (which I will refer to as world bag going forward), I bought this mystery pack hoping to get my hands on the LOOP 2.0 (since I've collected all 3 from the first series). Frankly, if they were selling only 10 of these boxes, I would've hoped that they added the LOOP to all 10 packs considering the amount being spent. Nonetheless, I received the world bag along with a cap, a t-shirt and another sling bag. And strangely, the world bag came with a terrible instruction manual on how to set up the bags while labelling several features that don't even exist. I reached out to the UM support over WhatsApp and calls, and they seem to not understand the issue in spite of repeatedly explaining it to them. I've not received any replies from their end after sending them product images, so now my advice to all those looking to buy this is DON'T. The only mystery you'll solve is the realisation of having wasted 13k with no refunds.
Also, when I bought it, only PCK 07 was available, but now I'm seeing PCK 01 and 10 available for purchase too. Clearly, they're using FOMO marketing to sell this product. Please don't fall for it.
