Looks good, but does not last long

I bought the bag about 10 months back and bought it after waiting for so long. I was initially impressed by the looks but just after 6 months of usage, the fabric on the top side near to the second compartment started pinching off for no reason. The inner lining also tore off. The bag was never abused, just used for daily office use with maybe less than 2kg of load. I am currently using it after stitching the pinched off portion. This was a great disappointment after buying this waiting for so long and there is no details about warranty neither on the page nor on the product.
