Disappointed with Lack of Transparency and Poor Handling of Feedback

I noticed that my previous review was deleted by the company, possibly because I provided honest feedback and rated the product lower than expected. To summarize, I highlighted issues with inaccurate product color, inconsistent sizing, and an unjustified exchange fee, despite acknowledging the good quality and smooth exchange process.

If you cannot handle constructive criticism, why provide an option for customers to share feedback? This approach comes across as dismissive and undermines trust in your brand. If this is how feedback is managed, I will refrain from recommending your brand to anyone. Customer support and transparency should be priorities, not something to brush aside.
