UM LOOP [ORIGIN]

The watch is overall amazing, mine is 250/300.
Ordered on 2nd may and recieved on 4th may.
Unboxed on 6th may and i was very excited to open and set it up and wear it. But after setting it up, my excitement went down as the LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING 😑😭. Please anyone if there’s a solution to put the light on/off than please DM ME ON INSTAGRAM @fernandes0fficial . Overall i loved the watch. It looks full on drippy. And i love hip hop clothing and outfits. So i had ordered this masterpiece but it left me with dissappointment as the lights aren’t working.

URBAN MONKEY LOOP [origin] light not working

I had ordered Urban Monkey Loop [origin] on the 2nd of may 2023, I received it on 4th of may 2023. I opened the package just to put story of the urban monkey packaging box story on my instagram account @fernandesOfficial and had tagged @urbanmonkeyindia. And than after 2 days i opened my package and go to see my Urban Monkey Loop [origin] 250/300 light was not working at all. It disappointed me @urbanmonkey. I thought i would flex on the watch as it was very rare. But it gave me a twist! I request your team to kindly help me with this!
